Fifth book in the Origami Yoda series. Things continue to be bleak for the origami rebel alliance. The students continue their fight against the mind numbing Funtime videos that are supposed to help them prepare for the state test, but instead they are killing brain cells from bordom. The students

Clever, but this one in particular is going to show its age fast--references to Psy's Gangnam Style, etc., really date the story. More reference to original Start Wars characters, but the ending was too easy.

An interesting book because it's a lot of mini stories adding to one big story. The illustrations are funny. This book has more story development than the others in the series.

"Princess Labelmaker to the Rescue" is the fifth book in the Origami Yoda series. In this book, Dwight was the puppet master for Princess Labelmaker. He uses Princess Labelmaker to convince Principal Rabbski to join the rebellion to stop the organization called FunTime. FunTime is trying to prepare

students for their State Standards Test, but it is also taking away their elective classes. The students do like that and want their electives back. That is why there is an Origami Puppet rebellion. In the end, the rebellion is successful, and the students get their elective classes back. One of the classes is the LEGO Robots class, which sounds like an awesome class to me!

I really enjoyed reading "Princess Labelmaker to the Rescue." I have read all of the books in this series, and this was one of my favorites. This books combines two things that I really like: Star Wars and origami. I also liked that Princess Labelmaker's puppet master is a mystery until the very end of the story. The book had a good plot and kept my attention until the very end. I would recommend it to all my friends. I can't wait until the next book in the series is released. Unfortunately, it will be the final book in the series.

Princess Labelmaker is a book set in McQuarrie Middle School after a program called FunTime has started. The kids are unhappy with it. The fun electives they were going to have instead are replaced by boring annoying videos. The kids are mad, and decide to do something about it. Since the school

failed the state standard tests last year, so they plan to bring the grades down to even worse areas to make it look like FunTime made things worse. BUT, there is one small problem. The principal says that anyone who fails the test will fail the grade. In a leap of faith, one rebel gives the principal their files in an attempt to get the principal to help them stop FunTime.

This book is very good and humorous. The characters show confusion and amazement throughout their time. The characters also have good transformations throughout the book. Even Harvey, the jerk-faced kid nobody liked. The kids start to unite for their rights for electives. Even though many members drop out of the rebellion, The leaders show great spirit and courage. This is a definite good book for its setup and plot.

In this volume of the series the students organize to get rid of the awful Fun Time series being used at school, which has replaced all of their electives with review videos that are so boring the students couldn't pay attention if they wanted to.

This plot is definitely sending a message and has
Show More
more of an over arching plot than the other volumes did; although it still is being told through vignettes. It's still a fun series with cool artwork and a variety of heartfelt/silly stories.

This one picked up again after Jabba the Puppett, but I also really thought it was going to be the last one this time! I guess I just need to stop expecting this series to end—Emperor Pickletine is already coming out in a couple months.
