I really liked the first issue, which focused on the Batgirls. The rest of the story was OK, but I didn't find it as compelling. I wish they hadn't killed off Stargirl. Batwoman is my favorite of the major characters here.

This TPB mostly had the Tenebrae in it, which were weird blue eyed dead zombies I think? Although there were some other bad guys and gals scattered throughout as well.

this TPB was there was so much (to my eyes and brain) lesbian/bi/pan/etc. woman loving woman stuff in it. So awesome, and none of the characters seem to blink either when it's used as a serious thing, or as a joke.

Usually you're lucky to have two lesbians in twelve volumes of something, but, here everyone seems to have some sort of connection to the sapphic.

character's story feels a little short shrifted. You get a page or two on that character and just as you are starting to get into their story -- poof! you move on to the next character. While I wasn't in love with this book, it was entertaining enough that I'll try the third volume.
