This book is poorly written, but its content and ideas are well worth pondering and sharing.

Very quick read. Picked this up after a recommendation from my step-father. Found it interesting to think about it terms of myself and others I interact with on varying levels of closeness. I'm not sure that I agree with the specific structure of "5 archetypes" for apologies, but definitely useful
