Steve Biddulph uses stories, humour and a refreshingly honest style of writing. He tackles two critical social issues: creating a healthy masculinity, and how men can free themselves from crippling and outdated roles. Topics include: you and your father - healing the rift; men and women - how to find trust again; sexuality - coming alive; being a real father; real male friends; finding a job with heart.
