Supplement was republished due to a pagination error in the Oct. 1999 version.

Journal of the American Cancer Society and official journal of the James Ewing Society; also, 1970- of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and July 1972- of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiologists (contains proceedings of their meetings).
From 1997-2009, every 3rd volume per year had section title: Cytopathology. Beginning with v.118 (2010), Cancer cytopathology issued independently.
