The Voice of Knowledge by Don Miguel Ruiz is compact and powerful. As a Jewish woman with the guilt, this book changed my life entirely. It's all about our assumptions. Everything we think we know, we don't - and though hard to accept, that statement is the most freeing realization i've come

across.

This book is a quick read and it will make you a happier person. At the end you will feel lighter and it will all make complete sense. You'll wonder why you didn't realize these things before, they're so obvious. But they change everything.

The quintessential book by Don Miguel Ruiz for me is The Four Agreements. The simple wisdom of that book changed my life. While I couldn't seem to resonate with the writings in The Fifth Agreement (perhaps because I'm not at that level of spiritual development yet), The Voice of Knowledge spoke

quite a bit to me. We think, in this world, that what we need is knowledge, but what we really need is wisdom and the ability to be completely in love with ourselves and with life. It is the "voice of knowledge" that repeats to us over and over again that we are not good enough, smart enough, self-reliant enough, thereby preventing us from really accepting and becoming who we are meant to be which is an artist in our own life. We are meant to love, wholeheartedly, unabashedly one another.
