Fred Gets Dressed implies a cute book. It's a good one for teaching children how to get dressed. It also shows a bit of transgender dressing. I enjoyed that part of it, especially when the parents came into the bedroom. I am not sure if this is the plot of the story or not.

It shows that they let

their child choose what they want to wear. It may also be teaching to let your child play dress-up with a child or children. They may want to try on mom or dad clothes, and that should be okay as well.

The author seems to be emphasizing allowing your child to play dress up and it being okay to wear mom's clothes or dad's clothes. It is a sweet story; nonetheless, Children will enjoy this. May Fred be a girl or a boy? Who to say? The author does not say if Fred is a boy or a girl. Your children could see themselves in the story; This does not always happen. Well done with that.

I rated the book four stars (moons). I am not exactly sure if the story is about transgender children or learning to get dressed. That does not matter too much, but the other reason for it implying determination is I did not get the print copy. I am not blaming the author on this, as it is the slow mail that is the problem. I hope that parents will pick this up to put on their child's bookshelves. It is a good book for children to learn whether the story or plot is about transgender children or learning to get dressed or to play dress up.

Children should be allowed to play dress-up. There is nothing wrong with trying on other people's clothes. It may be that they either enjoy or identify with them better.

This book is so going to show up on banned lists, and while that sucks, this book is so good. Fred like to run around the house naked. Until he wanders into mom and dads closet. Fred tries on Dad’s clothes, but they don’t fit. Then they try on mom’s clothes. This do fit, and then Fred wanders

to the make and jewelry. About the time Fred is making a mess, the parents walk in and join the fun. This book was so awesome. it’s about play. That anyone can play as anything. Could this be deeper meaning maybe, maybe not. The story keeps things simple so that all kids can see themselves, whether cis gender, trans, or non-binary.

This is a laughout loud book regarding Fred. Fred is free. Fred is free of clothes. He runs throughout the house naked and he loves the feeling and just might not ever get dressed!Wild and free he jumps over the dog, on the chair cushions, between the plants, and he loves to jump while naked in his

bedroom and down the hall. Fred just might never get dressed.

Suddently, he stops romping and turns to look at his mom and dad's closet. Carefree he walks through the door where he finds his father's clothes, Thinking of how his father dresses at home, at work, and in a dress suit. Now, he frolicks over to his mother's part of the closet and thinks of how his mother dresses. She has casual dresses, shorts and tops, and pants with a suit jacket. Mainly, he enjoys this and thinks it is great fun. He dresses in his mother's dress, belt and special high heeled shoes.

My he looks very professional! And, some makeup will do the trick to add to the professional attire. Jewelry and loud makeup just might add the touch he wants to wear! Stomping up the steps, his mother removed the make up, only to add it back on her face again. And now, the entire family adds in the fun.

Running through the house, Fred likes the front side of the dress, and as he runs, he notes that he is still exposed as his bare bottom is free.

This is a cute, fun book! I like Fred. If he came to my house, I'd play dress up with him!
