a sweater that fits, knitting the tubular pieces for the sweater, steeks and how to cut the body of the tube to make a cardigan. Fixing mistakes, adding pockets, shortening or lengthening your sweater after it is already knitted a valuable pieces of information in this book.
The rest of the book is devoted to Fair Isle patterns and pictures of gorgeous sweaters.

One piece of advice from your reviewer. You don't need to use Philosopher's wool for these sweaters. Local knitting stores will be able to supply you with a nicer quality wool. The value of this book is the technique of two handed color knitting and the inspiration it gives in color and pattern work.
