This is such a great book for a child who is newly learning their ABC's because it teaches them all the fun words that begin with the letter C. It brings humour into learning, and anytime we can do that it will engage the child more and keep them interested longer. My youngest nephew loves to

laugh, and tends to stay away from books because he gets bored easily, but I read this with him and he sat patiently waiting for the next page to make him giggle. It is just joyous to read this book.

Like the B book this was also a nightly read with my children. They enjoyed this one a little less, but still found amusement in it. Mommy and Daddy from time to time start spouting the rhymes to it out of no where just because of Clara Canary. CRASH!
Very silly readings to you kids, NOW GO TO BED!
