This book is full of fascinating psychological facts and ideas. I don't know about using it the way it instructs, but browsing the personality details while brainstorming a new character is very useful.

Although this book is interesting, even fascinating at the time,s I don't think it's very useful for its intended purpose. If you have to assemble a list of traits ("one from Column A, two from Column B...") and put them together to make characters, you're probably not going to have very good
