Description

Eighteen-year-old David Griffin has lived in 21 foster homes since birth. Intelligent, unpredictable and self destructive, he feels suffocated by a system that won't let him be independent. He goes AWOL, steals, lives on the street, and is arrested and incarcerated. Charges are dropped and his case is closed. He talks about leaving the bad things behind and prepares for a new life in Alaska where no one knows him.
