To authentically celebrate and care for our children of color, we must celebrate and lovingly care for their beautiful curly hair! This information packet compiles some of the wonderful guidance that is out there about taking care of children of color’s curly hair, including from foster and adoptee voices and hair care experts. A directory of natural hair care stylists in and around Oregon who serve children and youth is also included.
