Seasonally, the flowering of plants in the tropics is dependent upon climatic and geographical variations, even from island to island. Each time the authors visit, certain plants are in flower while others have bloom time yet to come. Gardens anywhere come and go. In time, some gardens may be developed for purposes of progress while others may be discovered.
