For people with developmental disabilities (DD) who struggle to learn in a group setting due to the pace of the class, their learning style not being met, or simply because their educational needs are unique, this curriculum offers an opportunity for people to learn in a one-to-one setting with with lessons selected and tailored to meet their interests and needs. This curriculum is designed to be facilitated by one educator for one student. This allows the educator to address topics of unique interest or need to the student, tailor the education to that student's learning style and allow the student to progress at their own pace using interactive activities that meet that student's learning style.
