Morris thinks that everyone with stuff on their head and four legs is a moose like him. The deer and horse are similarly confused, but the cow is just insulted. Looking in the water, Morris realizes his mistake, which, in a horrible pun, he calls a “moosestake”.

Morris the Moose is a very fun story filled with humor. Morris assumes that other animals with four legs, a tail, and things on their heads are moose like him. He must meet a cow, a deer, and a horse before learning the truth. All the animals must discover their difference by gazing at their

reflection in a pool of water.

Morris the Moose is an entertaining beginner's book. Morris sees a cow and thinks the cow is a moose...like him. Morris then sees a deer and thinks the deer is a moose...like him. The deer also thinks Morris is a deer and it starts to get all tangled. A horse comes along and doesn't help much until

it suggests they get a drink from a stream. They see their own reflections and realize their differences. This could be a fun book for a beginning reader and the message of our similarities and differences is a valuable one.

The book Morris the Moose is about a few diffrent types of animals who aren't sure of what they are and what their names are. Morris meets a cow and a deer and tells them that they are a moose just like him. Of course the cow insists she is a cow, and now the deer tells Morris he is a deer.

Never in my right mind would I ever find a dillema with differentiating between a mosse, cow and deer. But in the yese of a child it is an honest possibility.

the storyis delightfully funny and imaginative when the animals are all trying to figure out who they are and whether they are the same or not.

This is a cute story about a four legged mouse that behavies like a person. The illustrations are in a style similar to those in the oth "Moose" tales. The images are stratighfoward and simple

Moose encounters a cow, and claims it to be a moose, using common animal body parts in his logic. They take up the discussion with a deer, who claims the cow to be a deer, using the same logic. And also claims Moose to be a deer, too. They take up the discussion with a horse, who thinks all of them

are horses. Morris, the cow, and the deer all stop to get a drink of water and see their reflections in the water, realizing they don't look like each other after all.

Are all animals the same or can they all be different? Am I a moose, a cow, a deer? Maybe we can all be different and still animals. No matter what Morris the Moose will make you laugh.
