3rd anniversary issue including tribute to Laura Ernst Downey. Hothead and her pet cat Chicken eat, dance, and put out a fire. Hothead's friend Roz asks her to go into town and collect an application for the complete Audre Lorde braille library. Hothead head into town and loses her temper with a mother, son and daughter stood in front of her waiting for bagels. A fight ensues and aliens come and take the heteronormative family away. Hothead spirals into thought about the world, how she finds it confusing. A dream like / hallucination sequence follows where Hothead thinks about letting go of baggage. There is a 2 page spread of fan letters in the back.
