This is a picture heavy book about the faith, culture and history of Islam. It includes very basic information, but the photographs included make the information more interesting and easy to read.

curriculum connection: compare the art of the Islamic culture with that of the Christian faith.

Great for use in the classroom to supplement Islam unit. Makes information about the religion easy for students to understand because of the visuals and the descriptions to go along with them. Very accessible for all students.
