I especially liked “Noisome Naomi”, “Tom Tigercat”, and “When You Get Old.” This book is packed with so much color and sarcasm, everyone will enjoy it!

I would read several selections of poetry from this book to my children and then have them write and illustrate their own funny poem. We could then make a book for our classroom library.

For Laughing Out Louder is filled tons of cute and funny poems. Every poem is different. Some are about animals, example, an elephant who stuck his feet in his nose, and some are about people, a girl who caught chicken socks. There are two poems on each page, therefore, you can sit and read several

different poems at one time.

I picked this poem book out of an elementary school library just because of its cover. It has bright colors and a cute picture. It is the same way inside the book. Each poem has cute pictures bringing the poems to life. I loved this about it.It makes it fun and entertaining to read!

In the classroom, I would have each of the students pick a poem from the book. Then they would draw their own picture to go with it since for me that is one thing I loved so much about this poem book.
