all, Kit and her best friend, Ruthie, are no longer speaking to each other after a fight caused by Kit's pride.
"Kit's Surprise" is a very sweet and uplifting story about family and friends coming together at Christmastime. Valerie Tripp's writing is wonderful, as usual. I'd recommend this book for girls ages 8-12.
