The Boxcar Children decide to fix up the house that cousins Joe and Alice have bought. There's one problem. It seems to be haunted by a ghost that sings! Is someone trying to keep them from moving in?

Had to explain to kiddo why someone would call a wife "Mrs [husband's first name] [husband's last name]." She thought it sounded ridiculous. Agreed.
