The Deer with the Purple Nose

In this book of all photographs, two English Setters, Rusty and Purdy, see a deer with a purple nose. The deer says her nose is not purple. Rusty and Purdy ask the backyard birds for help to solve the mystery of how the deer got the purple nose. It is designed to create interest in backyard birds and the outdoors and to encourage reading. It follows the author's CAMIL learning methodology.
