almost felt like a mix of a chapter book and a picture book to me. It's longer than most picture books, but it does have a lot of pictures in it. The art is fun and the story itself is pretty simple but I think it's too predictable. I think I could use this book in a classroom on a unit about pirates or maybe if the theme in class has to do with pigs.
