Description

In Everyday Blessings, Jon and Myla Kabat-Zinn show how parents can enrich their lives and the lives of their children through mindful parenting - that is, by honoring the fullness of the present moment, and within it, the inner potential and beauty that reside in both our children and ourselves. As parents, we are often caught up in moving so quickly and so automatically that we have trouble seeing our children fully in each moment, particularly when things are not occurring as we would like them to. A great book for introducing mediation into parenting. A real must to get through the hard days and realise that there is good in them too.
