My three-year old absolutely loves this book. It was a hit from the first reading. She can "read" it from cover to cover, and she asks me to read it wrong so that she can read it right. The pictures are wonderful, and the suspense is perfectly atuned to toddlers. Finding the green sheep is great

Basic beginning reading throughout this book. It incoporates an easy to read rhyme about sheep. Colors and comparrisons are a main focus in this story. Very delightful and entertaining.

This book would be good for younger children. It can lead to a class discussion about where they think the green sheep is. They find out at the end of the story. This is a short book, but I thought that it was very cute and fun.

Where is that green sheep?
This is a wonderful book for babies, toddlers or pre-schoolers (and of course their parents). My girls have loved making up actions for each of the sheep, and naming all of the sheep on the second last page (their favourite has to be "Birthday Cake Sheep"). The simple,

yet fun, illustrations mean even little bubs will love this one.

Throughout this book, the reader wonders where the green sheep is. The sheep are in many different places, and are many different shapes, sizes, and colors. At the end of the book, if the reader turns the page quietly, they will find the green sheep sleeping peacefully. This is a cute book. I would

recommend it for kindergarten and maybe first grade.

Sheep are everywhere in this rhyming book, but we can't find the green sheep until the end. She's blending into the bush under which she sleeps.

This book shows different sheep doing several different activities. The goal of this book is to find the green sheep. The book takes the reader several different places and shows several different sheep. The last page reveals that the green sheep is sleeping.

This is a cute book with fun rhymes about finding the green sheep. You learn different colors, about distances, weather, activities all to find the one single green sheep. & in the end, he's not really doing much...

This is a very cute story about different color sheep. Throughout the story one of the sheep is missing. This book would be good to read to kindergarten students to help them learn their colors.

This story is about all different kinds of sheep that can do different things. Throughout the entire book, there seems to be a green sheep missing. You must read the entire story in order to find the green sheep.

This may be a concept book, but it is hardly high concept. It has variously colored sheep traipsing around a landscape.

This book is filed with all sorts of sheep from blue sheep to clown sheep to brave sheep, but the green sheep is just nowhere to be found! This colorful picture books introduces concepts and opposites with rhyming text and whimsical ink and watercolor drawings. The large, clear font, as well as

predictable sentences supported by illustrations help usher young children into reading. I would recommend this book for a public or school library collection that serves preschoolers and kindergartners.

This repetitive book would also make a good beginning reader book because there are repetitive lines in it and the illustrations would help children learn words.

Color, space, emotion and play, young readers will look for the green sheep where ever he is hiding.

Rhymes, opposites, questions, colors, actions, and a quest for a green sheep keep this book engaging all the way to its conclusion. It directly involves the reader in the search. Simple vocabulary.

Very bright colors and very basic art. The watercolor helps bring the colors and make them pop out of the book. The drawings are simple but easy to keep entertained. The story plot is intriguing, keeping the readers to keep looking for the green sheep and wait for the next page to find the answer.

All of the sheep are named after something about them such as their color, what they are doing or their size. This can be related to asking students why they were named the names and the students can try to put together the connections.

Where is the Green Sheep is a picture book about colors, activities and knowledge. The book shows sheep doing different activities such as playing in a band, swinging, and reading in bed... but where is the green sheep

This book is cute and appropriate for kids who are learning to read. The story is pretty simple, but it works for young children who can't understand complicated plots yet anyway. The pictures of the little sheep are happy and would be enjoyed by small children. Although, if you are as impatient as
