I've read several books that describing fluffy clouds and espousing what you need to get or attain leaving you with fuzzy ideas; unfortunately, there's no bloody way you can comprehend how to get there. Other books go into so many picturesque details you can't get the big picture because you're

Richard describes the ideal person who embodied the art of letting go, Saint Francis. Then he shows the hard work needed to strip away the extremes of better than or less than while giving at least a glimpse of artistic possibilities waiting to be forgotten.
One of the few audiobooks, I finished then immediately began again.
