Franciscan Community in Today's World and A Franciscan Study of Community

This appears to be a very early, even rare document by John Michael Talbot published in a pamphlet format that was typed on a typewriter. Other than JMT's name written on the front in calligraphy and an address on the back (The Little Portion • 8140 Spring Mill Road • Indianapolis, IN 46260), there is no publication information. We believe this booklet was published while John Michael Talbot was in discernment regarding the establishment of a new religious community while at Alverna Retreat House. Perhaps these were the early seeds for establishing what we know today as "The Brothers and Sisters of Charity" at Little Portion Hermitage in Berryville, Arkansas?
