Mary Esther Stewart is a Secular Franciscan living in Flagstaff, Arizona, a member of San Francisco de Asís Parish, and formation director for her SFO fraternity. She has degrees in Spanish, education and administration. She retired from education after 40 years of teaching and administration. Esther has published many articles and given presentations on Franciscan topics. She is a grandmother, an artist, a gardener, and enjoys writing on Franciscan topics.
