Described in this test plan is the program to measure the performance of a 1/4 MWt model of the receiver at the solar test facility located at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. The plan for preliminary testing at Sanders Associates, Inc. prior to shipping to GIT is also included in this plan.
