Solar Thermal Conversion System. If an orderly well-planned test program is going to proceed in support of the development of the 30 megawatt POCE, then a reliance upon the breadth and depth of an already operational facility seems appropriate. Sandia operates such facilities at both Albuquerque and Livermore. Many factors enter into choice of such a facility, and I shall try to review just some of the most significant. We have reviewed space requirements for the test facility and it is clear that we can accommodate the test facility at either location. Show Less
