Cassandra, a "cis black first-generation working poor woman in [her] mid-twenties," writes about cultural anxiety surrounding love, dating, and relationships in her black-and-white perzine. Issue 1 provides "origin stories" about her Haitian immigrant parents, dating a male feminist, female friendship, emotional labor, and dating white men as a black woman.
