as funny as Mr. Watterson's previous efforts, but they still manage to make me smile, chuckle or even laugh out loud. The Sunday strips are also in color, a little perk to make up for the book's inconvenient size.

One of my favorite comic strips ever! Calvin is such a crazy kid, and his escapades never fail to make me laugh, even though I've read the same strips over and over.

Another gem from Bill Watterson.

A childhood favorite, and one I've read countless times. Highly worth reading if you haven't already. And if you have. If you're not familiar with Calvin and Hobbes, give it a shot.

Sadly this is the only Calvin and Hobbes I've read. What a completely fantastic comic strip (especially compared to the crap they print now). Must! Read! More!

I would give it 6 stars if I could. I would give all Calvin and Hobbes 6's. This Calvin and Hobbes was especially funny because it was mostly his summer which was extra funny. And it is his winter too. I like the snow scenes.

Sometimes I, a parent of a child too-smart-for-his-own-good, get a little fed-up with Calvin. But said child and I both agree that Watterson is a genius.
