Typewriter is the name of a business featured in the documentary that repairs and refurbishes those old models. The documentary also tells the story of artist Jeremy Mayer who uses parts from old typewriters (and nothing else) to create some truly unbelievable art. Just those two stories that intersect would be enough - completely fascinating and compelling, but there is also the story of a man who is a collector and tells us how the typewriter came to be invented. Then there are the clips from Tom Hanks, John Mayer, David McCullough and Sam Shepard talking about what typewriters mean to them. Add to that a great music soundtrack, and you have a magic moment. Highly recommended if you can find this.
