Nick Hornby is one of my favorite writers. His books are always funny and interesting. This book is a short read and comes off like a play because it might be. It is told in 10 parts with a couple (Tom and Louise) meeting ata pub for a quick drink before they go into couples therapy. There was tv show of this with Rosamond Pike and Chris O'Dowd and it was excellent. This is witty, funny, and really gets into the weeds of their relationship. You can read this quickly in a couple of hours. If you have never read any Nick Hornby then this is a great introduction without having to make a large commitment in time.… (more)
