A book that travels through ages. A board book. But the kids began reading the single word on each page. A book that has the image of the word from one page unto the next pages. Its a treat to investigate where the images go to on the following pages.

Each picture lends an element into the next picture. Have small children find that element. Find nursery rhymes in the pictures. What is your favorite? Why?
I LOVE the pictures. Just beautiful.

With only one word per page, this picture book packs in subtleties that may be overlooked. Objects appear and re-appear in tiny detail making this book an adventure to read more than once. Children will enjoy identifying some of the re-occurring images.

This book has one word per page, however their is a lot of repetition throughout the illustrations. The book starts in spring and travels through the seasons ending with winter. The more the book is read; the more noticeable the similarities are, such as the boat, rabbit, hills, etc...

This amazing picture book is beautifully illustrated. Each page has only one basic vocabulary word to name the picture, for example ball, toy box, and leaf to name a few. Excellent for promoting language with toddlers.
