This is an inspiring and helpful book. As an enjoyable read, it reminds me of Anne Lamott's Bird By Bird. Not as funny, but it makes up for it in practicality. The book is divided into over 50 short topics, each with 15 minute writing exercises related to the topic. Overall, both interesting and

As an aside, I think the author did herself a disservice with the subtitle: everything in this book applies to men, and not just women.

Inspiring for those who don't think that they actually have any time to write; it's even broken into nice short bits so you don't even have to take that much time reading it.
