Very decent book on some issues and topics that women face (as Christians). We used this for a women's Bible study and enjoyed a few of the chapters. We had to skip over the chapter on PMS. Also, a couple of Martha [Peace]'s suggestions on how to deal with people (when they are being manipulative)

were a little TOO much to the point and not always delicate. However, the topics such as manipulation, hurt feelings and proper relationships needed someone to NOT tiptoe around those big topics and explain what God (as He points out in Scripture) tells us to do. Mrs. Peace does a great job of bringing the Bible to life within these topics. I would recommend this book to someone that wanted to learn about topical issues facing women in this era. She pulled verses from Scripture to explain her thoughts and I must admit she did a good job of not taking verses out of context. Show Less
