small elephant and mini monkey he is able to calm down and make good decisions to find the rest of the meerkats. Throughout the story there are questions about feelings. I love the techniques shown to calm yourself including music, counting, and breathing. The end of the book has information for parents about how the brain works and why we do and feel certain things. A great teaching tool for children to deal with this emotion.

I received a copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review.
