well requires the ability to encourage, but for many the practical carrying out of that interpersonal work is complicated by personalities and uncertainty about what will really accomplish the encouragement we hope for. This book offers insights and strategies that can help leaders with the basics of recognizing the need, and implementing the practices that will care for their people well.
