Though this work is somewhat dated, it affords an interesting look into the attitudes of the mid twentieth century.

The first tentative steps towards getting acceptance for homosexuals in the Catholic Church. Of course, they silenced the author and later forced him out of the priesthood. Don't even bother with this one now.
