This useful well-written pamphlet offers a series of guided meditations integrated with movement: breathing, walking, conscious waiting, and spontaneous movement. These meditations present a way to move out of your head and self and open to the spirit, a concrete way to Wait on the Lord, as Fox and Penington directed us to do. Those who are shy of the movement aspects will find the text and the meditations enlightening anyway. And there is a helpful section that explains well what waiting on the Lord is and now to do it.
