celebrates the One. Prayer is to descend with the mind into the heart, and stand there before the face of the Lord within you. Prayer is a mystery of the spiritual life, which is learned by doing.
There are many kinds of prayer: worship, gratitude, confession, listening and centering, contemplation, discernment, noticing, intercession... Her advice is to be authentic and keep at it.
