participate in creating the realm of the spirit, with expressions such as Bach's St Matthew Passion and Gospel music, that can move and lift us into the spiritual realm. And he concludes with a statement of what he finds inspiring in the Christian tradition, the Christian experiences that he finds reinforce and express his atraditional apprehension of the realm of the spirit. Warren's unusual approach and conclusions make for an interesting and sweet pamphlet, particularly helpful most likely to his fellow "skeptics," but also freshly insightful for more traditionally religious people.
