This pamphlet presents clearly several methods and ideas from Yoga that can be helpful for relaxing, centering, and meditating. She situates these in a Quaker understanding of meeting for worship as a communal process of opening to and expectant waiting on the Spirit, for awareness of the Presence and guidance. As well as Yoga methods for centering and meditation, she addresses traditional Quaker concerns such as preparation for worship, speaking in meeting, accepting new members, and support groups for sharing of spiritual growth.
