This pamphlet presents clearly several methods and ideas from Yoga that can be helpful for relaxing, centering, and meditating. She situates these in a Quaker understanding of meeting for worship as a communal process of opening to and expectant waiting on the Spirit, for awareness of the Presence and guidance.
