Good book for an overview of a Master in Biblical Studies program. The key word is "overview."

I reviewed this for Christian Week (Canada) when it came out. There were some good chapters in here, Noll's is one that is decent. But most of it is highly conservative posturing, not what I'd expect from a real masters programme. Education should challenge you to think through tough questions not

give you pat answers (modern apologetics) and avoidance strategies. It has a fairly predictable topic range, which is helpful for situating the potential scope of a masters programme (which tend to be somewhat multi-disciplinary) but content-wise it is weak.
