This book explores the Moses family and its influence on the Yass district of NSW, Australia. It is divided into two books. Book one is the narrative of the Moses family members who were resident in the Yass district at some time. It covers the time from 1837 when young John Moses first briefly visited to the departure of Henry Hart and his family in 1878. Book two explores in greater detail the lives of each of those members where information has been found.
