Like many novels I've read recently set during WWII, "The Dressmaker's Secret" lacked emotional depth. While I quite enjoyed the storyline, I was not as moved as I should have been.

However, I enjoyed learning more about Coco Chanel and her role during the war. I even did some research on Google to
