Das Handbuch der Schweizer Klosterbibliotheken ist ein Nachschlagewerk fur klosterliche Buchersammlungen. Es enthalt rund 80 Beschreibungen von Klosterbibliotheken, darunter uber 50 von aktiven Klostern. Ein besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf bisher kaum bekannte Buchersammlungen von Frauenklostern gelegt. In einheitlich strukturierten Artikeln werden Buchbestande, Bibliotheksgeschichte sowie der heutige Zustand von Klosterbibliotheken beschrieben. Le Repertoire des bibliotheques conventuelles de Suisse est un ouvrage de reference sur les fonds de livres conventuelles. Il contient environ 80 descriptions de bibliotheques conventuelles, dont plus de 50 de couvents en activite. Une attention particuliere a ete accordee aux fonds de livres de couvents feminins, peu connues jusqu'a present. Les fonds, l'histoire des bibliotheques ainsi que l''tat actuel de ces bibliotheques y sont decrits dans des articles uniformises pour faciliter la recherche. Comprende la descrizione di circa 80 biblioteche di ordini religiosi, oltre 50 delle quali di monasteri attivi. Particolare attenzione e stata rivolta alle collezioni di libri dei monasteri femminili, finora pressoche sconosciute.
