Extremely helpful. Probably the best book on menopause I've come across. It made sense of all my crazy symptoms and pointed me in the direction of herbal rememdies which worked for me.

This book explained so much of what I'm feeling and experiencing. It's such a relief to know that what I'm going through is normal and common and that there are so many things I can do, ranging from conventional hormone replacement therapy to a wide variety of alternative medicines and treatments.

It's a great resource, especially if you don't know your family history of the pause.
