This is a well-written and well-researched nonfiction book about Denmark under Nazi occupation. I had known little about the role of the Danish resistance in World War II until I took a trip to Denmark and visited a museum there. On returning home, I wanted to learn more and found this book in my

library. It turned out to be a treasure trove of factual information told via the lives of a dozen or so children and teens. An excellent read for anyone, particularly those interested in World War II and/or Holocaust history. Show Less
