A little boy named Tommy, or Tomer, has moved to America from Israel and is teased by the other kids and doesn't fit in. One day a policeman comes with his police dog and they find out the dog was trained in Israel and only listens to commands in Hebrew. Everyone now thinks that Tommy is cool.
